Why I created ICONIC?
A personal passion project close to my heart.
For seven years, I lived in a quiet, consuming darkness- mental depression. It was slowly dimming my confidence, my voice, and my sense of self. I showed up for life on the outside, while searching within for a way back to me.
Then one day, in summer of 2023, my younger daughter asked,
“Momma, why have I not seen you with a camera in years?”
And in that moment… something shifted.
I chose to rise.
What followed was not just a return to photography, but a return to myself. Through the women I have had the honor of photographing through the “Fabulous 40 over 40” campaign I built last year- leaders, mothers, visionaries- I found light again. And in reflecting their strength back to them, I rediscovered my own.
This is no longer just photography. This is my calling….
To create a space where women feel seen, honored, and celebrated for the woman they have BECOME.

With a background in both hospitality and portrait photography, I create a warm, welcoming space where you can feel at ease and truly seen. My studio is designed to celebrate and empower women, especially those who once believed they “weren’t photogenic” or had stepped away from the camera.
I guide you gently through every step, without pressure or judgment, so your portraits feel honest, effortless, and deeply reflective of your story. My intention is to help you see yourself with the same strength, beauty, and light that the world already sees in you.
